Our Story

Trent Bergeron (21) & Jarred Murphy (35)
Our Owners
Brothers-in-law, fishing buddies & now business partners, we started this concept with a love for family & food as our foundation. Our building blocks for success include bold flavors, creativity, community involvement, willingness to try anything and a "work hard- play hard mentality".

How it Started
At the age of 18 and still a senior in high school, Trent found a small building for rent next to the town's local grocery store. With the help of friends & family, Trent attached a boiling area to the building and started selling delicious boiled crawfish. Word spread quickly and The Crawfish Hole became a town favorite! Trent was born and raised 1 mile from our location, was a starter in multiple sports at our local high school, and is still a resident of the community today! After hearing of Trent's success at this location, just two years after opening, his lease was purchased by local sharks looking to take advantage of that success. Trent would be forced to close up shop and hand the keys over to the new landowners.

New Beginnings
Trent would partner with 17-year restaurant industry veteran, Jarred Murphy, to expand The Crawfish Hole's operation and create a full-service Cajun restaurant! The property was purchased just a 1/2 mile from the original location and construction on their new dream was underway! Jarred would part ways with Walk On's Sports Bistreaux, whom he had served 15 years for. Opening over a dozen restaurants in 7 different cities, it was a hard decision for him to leave a brand that was so giving to his family. He attributes much of his knowledge, love for bold flavors, and relentless drive to win from his time with them.

Go Time
The moment we opened our doors we were embraced by our wonderful community. People packed our patio with family dinners, birthday parties, and the need to enjoy a great time with some live swamp pop music & delicious southern eats!

Our Mission
"Turning first-time guests into loyal customers through our delicious southern-inspired dishes and authentic Cajun favorites"
In the south, a love for people and love for food go hand in hand. We love food. More importantly, we love how food makes people feel. We love how food can take you back to Sunday dinners with momma or incite the fondest memories with family and friends. This is why we do what we do.

Work Hard- Play Hard
Our team members are the core of our success. We expect their best every day and they expect it from us as well. Together we have created a culture of winning and celebrating those wins as a team.
